Return fuel to 200 naira per liter and things will balance up naturally but the canals in government and the oil sector are willing to test the resolve of the people.

It's not a reduce u know the govt isn't into rice business but a drastic measure to ensure food is largely affordable by means of subsidy on major consumable food items such as rice, garri, beans and a whole lots of others.
