Thank you for all you do for us. I applied for one of your jobs posts and eventually passes the aptitude test, scaled through to the first interview, second interview down to the final phase of the interview.

I was called up recently to proceed for my medical. I have done the medicals but it been over 3 days since I did the medicals and they have gotten back to me, does that mean there's something wrong with me medically?

It takes a long while. If they haven't gotten back to you, it means nothing is wrong with you.

Mine took almost 2 months before my multi national job landed.

Be patient nothing is wrong with you. Large recruitment process takes weeks or month. Most recruitment medicals what they look out for is hapitites B and HIV status. So go and do the above test independently to know your status if you are worried.

When I was working in one of the company in Nigeria as Manager, once you have the above, I won't employer you even if you're the most qualified . That's the company policy.

Like I said, is the company policy not to disclosed the medical condition of an applicant. I'm not the one that create the policy.

Don't get me wrong. I said, company were I work and preside over, when we want to recruit new staff, we send them to the company decinated hospital to carry out their medicals. The hospital send the result of the medical directly to my office without the applicants get to see the result. In that case, any applicants with medical condition like HIV or hepatitis B will be disqualified immediately. These are killer diseases and contagious.
