Bello Bwari sends Felicitation to IBB on 83rd Birthday

A former Gubernatorial Candidate in Niger State and the Chief Executive Officer of PetroTrans Integrated Services Limited has felicitate with former President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida on his 83rd birthday.
