It’s not clear to me, what proof you seek. That Russia has the most modern Nuke arsenal?
1. If you listened to the video, u should have noticed how advanced the Russian military capabilities are. That’s why all the so called cutting edge American weapons are on exhibition in Moscow.
2. By your analogy, anything that fly in the sky can be called AIRPLANE? CNN knows too well how hard America has tried to develop hypersonic missiles AND FAILED. So that useless article seems to me like consolation. It takes more than just beating the speed of sound for a missile to be classed as hypersonic. Zircon for instance, is atleast Marc 8, and can carry up to 200tonne warhead. It’s so fast it cannot be intercepted by anything America has and that’s not even the fastest Russia has.
The fastest is Marc 27 in the Russian arsenal. So, there are ballistic and there are ballistic. Hypersonic is just to make a distinction
