They are civil servants and not politicians. They are the unseen hands destroying Nigeria quietly since independence under both military and civilian administrations. They are all career criminals who aid and abet corruption in high places and also assist corrupt politicians in looting the treasury dry because they know where the loopholes are. Nigeria will never get it right until the civil service is purged.
