I will love to know the total number of rooms in it and see the interior designs too.
However, 50 or at most 55 million would've given you something like this in 2017 or even more sophisticated than this. I spent similar amount to erect something like this in my village for my beloved parents in 2017. I don't know now again because alot have change now.

It depend on your area of choice... I'm sure you can get this around 55 millions on the mainland while it will cost nothing less than 75m on the island

Let's say 200-300M should give you this due to high cost of building materials nowadays.

.no tree no wild space just block and paint.


I stay in village with wild stream and mud houses . Its a better luxury as far as nature is concern.
