Yes she is the only clout chaser. The young lady in question made it clear that she gave her mother what she could afford and that was buns and mineral. She obviously needs help to assist her mother and she knows the fastest way to get what she wants. So if minister does not know that the content was created by the young girl to attract help to her mother then she is either very unintelligent or oiteigtly chasing clout.

There are old and young mentally ill ladies living in the street almost everywhere in the world. There are probably even more in places such as the US. You have no understanding of what mental illness is about. Don't blame government for everything.
