2 of my friends relocated back from UK to Nigeria in recent time. One of them moved to UK at age 11 yet prefers Nigeria to UK. It's difficult for some Japa enthusiasts to believe all that glitters are not really gold 15 Likes 1 Share |

gaby:you guys are really annoying. If she complains about UK as a Nigerian, you will tell to come back to Nigeria. Now that's she's coming to Nigeria because she's tired of UK, you still have one r3tarded excuse just to remain perpetually stupid. 13 Likes 1 Share |

DaddyCoool:Hope you have hard currency generating business abroad before returning. before one Dull president create some useless policies that will make ur investment disappear overnight to the extent u won't be able to afford a plane ticket back to th UK. If u have foreign investment u can come but please no walk any how and let ur movement be from 8am to 5pm anything above 7pm please stay in your house and ensure u stay in a well secured estate at least u can be rest assured you are somewhat secured.. I have many clients who regretted coming to Nigeria from countries like India, Spain etc not even USA or Canada. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Cheap housing, cheap electricity, cheap education, high morals, religious hypocrisy, LOW TAX, high exchange rate differential against her pounds, high employment rate for UK returnees, economic future guaranteed, cheap investments, broke men she can control, multiplicity of simps. What more could she want? 😂 😂 18 Likes 3 Shares |

I put it to this lady that what she really lacks is regular sex and nothing more. Men are scares in London and most of the time laddies fight over men or pay to have men. 4 Likes |

Sonnobax15:Nigeria is better if u earn well like $40k per year. You can afford lekki lifestyle and the owambe. The reason why most people are leaving is because they don't earn well here and couldn't afford the Lekki, Maitama or Asokoro lifestyle 2 Likes |

TOPCRUISE: Which means if you have to do project in Nigeria, you will spend three times the normal cost. But if you are the type that send 20k, 10k randomly to friends and families, you won’t feel it. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Another lady talked about coming back home, after living in Australia for 8 years and was unable to secure a permanent VISA there in the country, imagine wasting 8 years of your life, denying and denigrating your identity for a VISA which you were still unable to clinch. Now you're forced to return home emptyhanded. If she was smart, she should have been saving a portion of the forex earned and investing it here, that would have been a smart move. These people are just using you as cheap labor, whatever you think you are benefiting is temporal and can be collected from you anytime they choose. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Do not be deceived, she may be one of the old politicians' daughters who has converted public assets to their own or she works online which can be done in Nigeria as well or she has significant investments which is sustainable enough to make her comfortable in Nigeria or she has already secured a good pay job in Nigeria If the one of the assumptions above is not met, she may likely relocate back to London she is running away from 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Just as you have a right to relocate anywhere, she has the right to move anywhere she chooses too, despite being born in the UK. Respect her wishes. She’s not asking you not to go to any western countries. Stop creating reasons why you feel she wants to relocate. He who wears the shoes knows where it pinches. If others are seeing what you are blinded against in Nigeria, just allow them. Nairaland is a platform full of individuals who have never been to the airport before but strongly opinionated about what’s going on abroad. 11 Likes 1 Share |

DaddyCoool: Majority who are coming back from the UK are about to have their legal stay, ending. Some were given 60 days to get another job that would offer them skilled worker visa in order to remain in the UK, they couldn't get and some come online to give the impression they voluntarily chose to go back to Nigeria. I live and work in London..……life is cool. 6 Likes 1 Share |
