But it's part of their modus operandi since the days of SARS, FSARS

Before, in Lagos they use Danfo or Faragon but I think there was a law that banned them from using commercial painted vehicles so since they have to remain "incognito" they adopted mini buses like this particular sienna probably because of its side doors

They don't wear uniform but the carry guns
