Mine was not pleasant at all. I had to wait up to 15 minutes before I could log in, despite downloading the secure browser and doing the practice tests days ahead.

Then, at some point my timer froze. I had to submit the test like that. It kept on rotating forever and then logged me out. Till now I don't know if my answers were submitted successfully or not.

The similar experience here, for Senior Facilities Engineer, timer got frozen, unable to submit assessment.

Almost everyone had the same experience when taking the skill test. It was a very terrible testing experience for a company like Chevron. Maybe it was Dragnet’s incompetence but it just was not a good experience.

It was really frustrating. I was staring at my laptop, my laptop was staring back at me.

I had the same experience. It was terrible to be honest. I can't tell if mine submitted successfully either.

Did anyone contact dragnet after having a similar issue? What was their response?
