Should've been a sting operation. Surveille the dealer and capture one or two bandits then raid their camps. This isn't rocket science.

Who is deceiving who in this Nation?

What did they do with the information he may have gaven concerning the bandits?

If any state government want to reduce crime in their respective state. They should allow their appointed NPF commissioners, other security heads to do their job according to the law of the state and Nation.

The police always catch the suppliers of items to the bandits but never ever catch the bandits themselves. They are not serious yet.
