With #950 being the cheapest price marketers can only sell higher , not lower.

But most marketers are even selling lower with what they have in store. I bought at Total #860 this evening.

With what. NNPCL is doing marketers will end up still importing fuel since it's cheaper when imported

As a secretive, non-transparent the agreement between NNPCL and Dangote Refinery may be, is there anything that says NNPCL is the one that fixed the price Dangote Refinery sold its PMS to NNPCL?

NNPCL had only released the retail prices fuel will be sold at its own Filling station outlets. The question is, why is it difficult for Dangote refinery to release the price it sold the fuel to NNPCL for transparency sake?.

Both NNPCL, Dangote Refinery and the Oil Marketers are all bird of a feather........ everyone of then is fighting for what will favour them, not the poor masses.

UK : Fuel is basically 2,971.35 naira per liter
US: Fuel on average in USA is 1554.5 per liter.
Nigeria...between 900-1100 per liter as at now.
