You don't get it. You hire cheap labour for client (parents) who pays hefty fees. They will give them 50K education.

How qualified is she? How good a teacher is she? Are the other teachers paid the same? ..or paid according to qualification and experience? Give and take , they would spend PATA PATA 700-800k on NEPA bill monthly.
I've worked in a hotel , constant light...we were paying NEPA 500k every month.
