For now, forget it, EVs will only be charged at home. The cost of the vehicles and the devastated purchasing power of Nigerians by the apc misfits will make them affordable, so any investment in charging stations will be unviabe.
On the other hand private folks could setup charging stations by selling electricity to eV users through an app. Eg you register your station on Google map or a specialised app, someone driving from Lagos to enugu can plan his trip by booking charging along the route, or in emergency, stop at the closest charging agent. It will just be like the POS rovolution.

The man said that a full charge will carry him 350km to Lagos. From onitsha to Lagos is over 450km. Then to charge the vehicle from empty to full charge will take 6 hours. Who will wait 6 hours to fill your car with current?
