The problem now is that most Nigerians cannot afford a brand new car...that's why we still buy tokunbo cars of over 15 years ago. In Nigeria, five days is everything. It means, I charge my car during the weekend, light or no light, solar or generator or whatever it is and by Monday, I am off to work. I would not care about hearing the price of fuel first thing on a Monday Morning or anytime of the week. Rather its cost of electricity that would be my problem.
For public transporters thats a gold mine. How many litres of fuel would you take to charge it compared to running your vehicle - super far less.
