The defamatory claims made by VeryDarkMan (VDM) against Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Femi Falana and his son, the rapper Falz, stem from allegations surrounding Bobrisky's legal troubles. VDM claimed that Femi Falana and Falz were involved in arranging a settlement for Bobrisky's case, allegedly paying N10 million to resolve legal issues related to Bobrisky's money laundering case with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). These claims, made in audio recordings, suggested that Falana and Falz contacted Bobrisky before his release from prison and facilitated his pardon.

In response, Falz issued VDM a 24-hour ultimatum to retract the defamatory remarks and apologize, clarifying that neither he nor his father had any involvement in the case. Falz also threatened legal action if the claims were not withdrawn.

I thought this falz was smart, he literary admitted that everything in that recording actually happened.

This country is gone jare, this is the same falz that was one of the champions of endsars?

While his dad was also fighting for the rights of poor Nigerians, not knowing both of them were part of the rot

Collecting 10 million to have someones name taken out of crime books while you claim to fight same crime is ironica.

Yoruba people are never beating the allegation of having two faces

defending criminality, nonsense

There is everything wrong with that when you are charging 10 million to help people get state pardon, that means I can commit fraud of 100 million and contact falz and his dad to help get state pardon with 10 million while the EFCC takes 15million, now EFCC wants to investigate EFCC, and you say there is nothing wrong with that?

No wonder Yaya Bello no send their papa, last last he go wire them 1 or 2 billion and his crimes will be pardoned, this has always been the case tho.. but it's everything wrong

If you really want to know about the dad, ask a Nigerian lawyer above 50 about him. That man's human right is just a face.
This country ehn, the supposed clean men have the dirtiest secrets.

VDM is doing a wonderful job with his daily expose’.

But if he wants to go far and also enjoy huge support from Nigerians, he must hire some people to assist him with thorough research and investigation before coming public with critical information.

1. Femi Falana is a lawyer by profession and his job is to defend anyone who seeks for his services. And that also comes with charges.

2. Mutilation of naira note is an offense punishable by 6 months jail term but with a 50k fine for first time offenders. Any jail term longer or without a clause of fine is an infringement on the person’s human rights. And when this happens, the offender has rights to appeal for pardon.

Idris aka Bobrisky’s right was infringed on when he was not given the option of fine. And so he reserves the right to appeal the jail term. That is where Falana stepped in. What’s wrong with that as a human right lawyer?

The problem is that we are mixing up the “hatred” we have for Idris with sentiments as regards to his rights and law of Nigeria.

We are also being carried away by VDM personal beef, vendetta and opinion of Bobrisky.

I am 100% against cross dressing and even more against homosexualism. Any day he’s caught engaging in such, he should be prosecuted according to the law of Nigeria. But even in court, he reserves the right to a lawyer. And Falana is licensed to defend such people if he so wishes.

Let’s not always be carried away by personal beef VDM has with some people anytime he makes a broadcast.

What is wrong here...Is it the alleged bribery against EFCC or wat?? Cos i dont see anything wrong for a lawyer assuring a criminal he will be pardoned.
