Watch the thread grow to 20 pages as usual with people generalizing, analyzing and over analyzing USA residents, their lifestyle, their income and making unnecessary comparisons et al. What’s newsworthy in someone going home to settle in their own country? I guess since he announced his return on the internet, people have no choice but to analyze his decision. I wish him happiness and success in his ventures 4 Likes 1 Share |

And the other is an hospital. He must have been planing it for sometime and have been investing in his plans for year . This decision is not just a day or momentary decision . 2 Likes 1 Share |

If you are smart abroad, live low for 10 years. INVEST INVEST INVEST. You can be back in Nigeria living off your dividends and living a better life. But the no so bright JAPA people just pay bills, mortgage and taxes. Thats like fetching water with a basket. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Laird: FEGEITOK: boxypane: He also said he is CEO of a multi-family real estate company (read: loans, loans, and more loans). Adam Smith said it best below. It is one thing to establish a business or hospital in Nigeria. It is quite another to sell your house and everything and relocate to Nigeria with your family.

Shawarmagirl: Why are you people like this? US is a country with the highest gun violence where killings go on a daily basis. The government largely under report most of these cases to the media. The guns in circulation in the US is way beyond their population. Does that stop people from travelling to the US? Has everyone living in Nigeria being kidnapped already? Yes we know things are not the way it should be right now but let's stop painting Nigeria bad at any given opportunity. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Golan007:Because he made his opinions on what could be the reasons for the doctor to pack up and leave the US? Anyone who makes relevant a suggestion or opinion is immensed in poverty right? in your own thinking. Even Elon Musk makes stupid comments sometimes just like this your comment 1 Like |

DaddyCoool: He will make more money here than there. He will be taxed much less here. His background makes him a very easy sell. It is easier to make a billion dollars from Nigeria than from the US with his background. He is not as foolish as some think. Medicare is a very big business. How much is Kelina Hospitals making by the way? If you knew you would appreciate that this guy saw a niche and has grabbed it with both hands. I know you know. I'm simply concuring and making your point differently. Now Cedarcrest Hospital has competition. He is no fool. 3 Likes |

Good idea but political portfolio is likely part of it and the the low tax rate of doing business in Nigeria by big firms and achieving more wealth and structure here is just perfect for his kind of person that now pension funds, real state funds still coming in for him.from there and which will make much difference here. He is very wise |

You guys don't get the drift here He is coming back to establish an Orthopedic center here which he will run himself, this sensational video is basically an advert Na fools go think say he is taking a bad decision. when you are made and established, it is better working here and travelling there for holidays only 5 Likes 2 Shares |

/ Poor people in Nigeria always believe that everyone there is suffering. As bad as you may think Nigeria is, there are people who are so comfortable that "japa" is not in their dictionary. They only travel for vacation to cool off. / 3 Likes 2 Shares |

He has done so very well for himself. I hope the realities of Naija doesn’t catch up with him. He’s American so are every member of his family. If push come to shove, they are always welcome. NB; even the thieving politicians will do anything to get their children/ward another (US, Uk, canda etc) citizenship. HUSTLE OOOO. |
