This is so disappointing and dishearten after billions of naira were allocated for this failed project well, I wasn’t really surprised anyways Obasanjo said it last year that PH refinery won’t work this has really proven that this megalomaniac can never get it right.

Since the creation of Bayelsa State everyone who was made Minister of Petroleum from that State has made and left the Nigerian Refineries worse than they met it.
This particular minister is the worse of them all anyways. Nothing he achieved as minister of agriculture during PGEJ and now same nothing.
They just give them portfolios but they have nothing worth calling achievement arising from such.
