Pure historical fact. Yes, Goodluck Jonathan made Nyesom Wike a minister upon nomination by ex-Gov. Rotimi Amaechi and later made him State Governor in a political fight against Amaechi but he is FUNDAMENTALLY a product of Peter Odili political factory.
