I think many of you are misunderstanding what Wiki said. ONLY GOD CAN INSTALL KINGS, BUT HE USES HUMAN BEINGS. Yes, gej and his wife, plus many others, may have done everything humanly possible to make Wike what he is today, but God did it and made all their efforts successful. Nyesom Wike is political product of Peter Odili. Just like Amaechi, Austin Opara, Uche Secondus, Magnus Abe, Felix Obuah, etc. who were the members of the then Odili Restoration Family Team.

He joined politics, contested and won the local government election as Obior/Akpor local government chairman between up till 2007. Peter Odili was the man who made those possible. His disagreement with Amaechi pushed him to the Federal stage as a minister under GEJ. His connection to GEJ brought himthe governorship. I believe that palm could have been greased. Mrs. Jonathan took a special interest in him and the rest became history, with the special assistance.

No man is an island. In the course of his journey, other prominent sons and daughters of the state helped propel him forward, before he became the governor.

If you vie for any political office,somebody must nominate you,lobby for you ,help sell you,you can't just jump out & nominate yourselves because it is competitive even d people that voted you made you politically do not look down on them....why did he not win nomination for PDP presidential aspirant in 2023 election bc some people did not made him so.

Wike is not part Jonathan political family that is the fact. It was senator John Mbata that made wike politically. John brought Wike out to be chairman of one of the richest local government area of Rivers state. Odili accepted him base on recommendation from the Senator. For those Obi supporters who are deceiving Fubara, Johnathan only appointed Wike base on the recommendation of Ameachi in his first tenor. Wike as a smart politician took advantage of the gap between Ameachi and Johnathan to setup GDI which became wike`s strongest political foundation. When Ameachi left PDP for APC, Magnus Abe left with Ameachi to Apc, Wike then took advantage of the gap with the support of the then president. Wike is a political Mafia, Fubara should look for a way to settle peace with his oga.
