It's the student's own. It can't be the parent's, cos it's meant to show the relationship between the applicant and his/her sponsors. It's your cousin's birth certificate.

Send an email to your and update on what is going on, tell them that you have applied since July but haven't heard from Uk embassy then request for 1-2 wk extension.
