Just book return on the direct flights if you prefer direct. One way doesn't make sense, almost the same price as the return.

For stopovers, I think Qatar and Emirates are cheap if you don't mind the long wait.

I gave my passport to the lady at their ticketing office, I even asked her about this one-way thing before making payment. I'm more confused now sef, I will have to go find out before it's too late.

Except you are going to Heathrow, otherwise if you are flying with Qatar Airways from Lagos to Manchester Airport, be ready to spend 7 freezing hours in Transit at Qatar's Doha Airport.

steph7: I'm going to heathrow, but instead of the 2 hour layover, I'll end up waiting for 6 hrs, I may use the onyx lounge, I hate hate stress!plus do we have to pay in pounds?
