EarlyBird Crystal Technologies is hiring an Operations Assistant for one of our subsidiaries, Boom Haven Concepts! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative hospitality team, providing excellent service to guests while supporting daily operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Assistant will handle routine tasks critical to our hosting team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. This is a fully remote position, requiring 40 hours per week with shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Log into apps like Email, Airbnb, Expedia, and more.
Review and implement action items from end-of-shift reports.
Create, update, and verify cleaning schedules and occupancy lists.
Manage guest messages across platforms, following up and escalating issues promptly.
Monitor Airbnb, Expedia, and other booking platforms for check-in/check-out tasks.
Assign rooms, send house rules, and provide check-in details to guests.
Review guest stays and encourage 5-star reviews for positive experiences.
Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure schedules, photos, and updates are accurate.
Manage parking lists, gate QR codes, and other guest requirements.
Initiate payment requests for damages or late checkouts.
Send end-of-day reports and attend handover meetings
Problem-solve guest issues

What We’re Looking For

Hardworking individuals who can think outside the box.
Detail-oriented and organized professionals with a passion for hospitality.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts, capped to a maximum of 40 hours per week
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
University graduate with experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Hospitality.

Note: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet is a must

What We Offer

Salary: ₦200,000 per month + internet stipend.
Hours: 40 hours per week (shift-based).
Work Environment: Fully remote, flexible, and collaborative.
Background: Customer Service or Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
