PresidObi:
Some people are alleging that the police even kidnap people, and pretend they are doing their work. They park a bus and load innocent people to one destination, then drive them to a police station and claim they were loitering near an armed robbery scene. They can also enter a bar, eatery or market and arrest many people and lock them, accusing them of being cultism suspects.

Not allegations but truth

Please what will be the punishment of the police?

STUPID LAWS:
A few years ago, on our way to NYSC camp, a police van recklessly chased a car over a bribe refusal, causing our bus to nearly collide with a trailer. One girl lost her arm in the accident. Despite our pleas, the police refused to help take her to the hospital, saying, "That's not our job. You people always travel, but nobody has ever bought bread for us when returning from your journey." That day, I lost faith in the Nigerian police.

He has to prove first that he's under attack. He even has to provide clearance from his oga that sent him on assignment and remember, not photocopy. He also has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he is a police officer with 2 witnesses in like sum. He must provide the licence to his gun, insurance that if anything happens to him in my custody that nothing will happen to me..... See them, when they fail to protect you, if you call them out you will be arrested. If you fail to protect them ... Niger Area

This is a welcomed development.
To make this work effectively, there are 3 things the Police force need to do first.

1. Offer Free Kung Fu and other martial art training to every Nigerian.
This will equip them to be combatant ready at all times.
2. There shall be small deduction from the feeding allowance of every police officer. This amount shall be shared and credited to every Nigerian _ account for those who are up to fighting and defending age. Only a well fed person goes out to fight another man's battle.
3. The Police force shall undertake every injury, death or any inconvenience that may arise from a civilian defending a trained officer.

We all must put hands together to defend our gallant police officers.
Remember that Police is your friend.

Nothing wey igbo people no go see and hear for Nigeria.

So now, igbos should see a criminal/terrorist in npf uniform, and go and get involved, so that they will use him/her to do terrorism/criminality.

So if a criminal is doing criminal checkpoints, people should go and die for them.

this is why Nigeria is a spoilt glue, very useless in many dimensions.
