It is not right to say my Son isn’t Yoruba. Gbadebo was named by my father, Justice Akinwumi Rhodes Vivour, in line with Yoruba Tradition. - Olawale Rhodes Vivour (GRV’s father)

cheesy

Useless expose!

He lost an election like every other losers in the last election, as there was always gonna be one winner in the end, and judging by what Sanwo-Olu has done so far, those in Lagos made a sound choice.

He is Yoruba yet frequently used tribal slur on his own people. Even if he's the son of Alaafin, that he denigrated his own tribe means they will always reject him.

Some people are sworn slaves, they wouldn't hear.

If Oga at the top nominates his house help for Lagos top job, they will quickly align

He who sells his people will not find enough money to buy them back when he needs them.

Trying desperately to belong now when all the while he alienated them.

Too late

Gbadebo Chinedu Patrick Rhodes-Vivour is a dynamic individual with a rich cultural heritage. His father is Yoruba, while his mother is of Igbo descent, reflecting Nigeria's diverse ethnic tapestry. Married to Dr. Ifeyinwa Rhodes-Vivour, who is also Igbo, Gbadebo has embraced his maternal heritage by becoming fluent in Igbo. Interestingly, despite his Yoruba roots, he does not speak Yoruba.

Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour imagines a Lagos where all ethnic groups are respected and empowered, fostering inclusivity and prosperity. He emphasizes the importance of sustainable development, accountable governance, and a strong opposition to promotes progress for every Lagosian.

As a visionary leader, Gbadebo seeks to become the Governor of Lagos State, driven by his desire to bring about positive change and unity in one of Nigeria's most influential regions.

Are you arguing with the father of a child what his son's name is?

What is the name of Tinubu's father? We only know his mother

Yet his middle name is Chinedu and he can’t speak Yoruba. The alterations on his Birth certificate is quite visible. Try harder.

The only condition Lagosians can vote Labour Party is only when Chinedu is not contesting.

The name is borne by those Yoruba slaves who were set free and returned to Yorubaland to identify with their source

One of them gave us the written Yoruba we have today

What have you or your family ever done for Yoruba

Yes we will align because the spirit of Awolowo resides in him. We are not a people without elders like you who kick your fathers with the leg to wake him up.

Gbadebo being Yoruba or not is not the bone of contention, what's hurting the dude was his past statement against Yoruba Nation

If you Iggbo have a working brain you will understand that obi won Lagos, and many Igbo have reps in election, if they had used derogatory words on Yorubas no one would have vote for them

Can you igbo even elect ebonyi that talk good of Anambra as anambra governor not to talk of talking bad

My woman is Igbo and if my kids talk against my tribe they should vote against them.
