This means that Antiretroviral drugs that's almost free of charge would experience a significant increase in price. And considering how the economy is, most people might not be able able to afford it for a long period of time. Imagine spending between 50k-100k month on Antiretroviral drugs for the rest of your life. This is not the time to be randy. Stick to your spouse or abstain from sex if you're single. 13 Likes 4 Shares |

SalamRushdie:This comment should be pinned! I worked in PEPFAR Nigeria Circa 2008/9 and I remember the fraud being perpetrated by the pharmacists like Adeyanka, Adedeji and co of LUTH. This was in millions as far back as then. Many documented HIV patients not on record but these pharmacists were taking the drugs off the stores and selling to rich people that were ashamed to come and queue to get the medications like others. ONLY GOD CAN SAVE NIGERIA O 13 Likes 1 Share |

Oh well, I called it. At this point, let us all be careful please and this includes all health workers. Several years ago, we lost a colleague to Multi Drug Resistant TB (MDR-TB) that he got from an HIV patient. This can also happen to anyone of us who visit the public places such as markets, schools, churches etc. Again, let us all be very careful 7 Likes 2 Shares |

OkpaNsukkaisBae: SalamRushdie:PEPFAR, put in place by President George W. Bush, has saved over 25 million lives in Africa. 2.5. M.I.L.L.I.O.N - 25,000,000. Of our people. I personally know a few people who have benefited from it. This is a sad day. And it's sad there are people here who think everything is cruise and are expressing support for Trump on this matter. Shame. 8 Likes 3 Shares |

Why should America be paying subsidies for another country? Your government steal all your money but you blame trump for protecting his country. We are not entitled to receive anything from America inasmuch we don't pay taxes to American government. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Slowly slowly with this, countries would no longer have to respect the USA, and it'd just be like any other so-so European country, "dead", "buried", forgotten. Just another developed country with technology like Switzerland. Perhaps with this, Americans' pride would lessen because America would no longer be known or a popular nation. Eww! America is what it is not because of weapons, not even remotely because of dollars, but the respect that almost all countries in the world has for its big brother-ness and often gives its diplomats and everything freer passes. Talk about self-destruction. America needs more Donald Trump. 😅 2 Likes 1 Share |
