That N500 today is equivalent of $0.3

11 years ago when one dollar was N177. That's N50 or thereabout. If the garri n sugar are so expensive plant cassava n sugarcane to become a billionaire like those planting the ones you are buying. Simple.

That's very cheap op, over here that is #4800 and we are not complaining. Everyone is either a millionaire or billionaire

We even sleep in farms over here.

Wow, that is a good news.

Haha.

We cant fence our farms. Farming is the occupation. Too many farms and larger portions to have fence. Open farms everywhere.

Cows only pass through our communities in trucks heading to SS, SW or North. No cows, no herdsmen.

Great!
Thank you.

Let me use this opportunity to ask another question please.

If i involve myself in cassava farming, planting many cassava, how will i benefit from it, if i want to go commercial?

Cassava farming has high prospects especially in this present Nigeria.

All cassava products; akpu, garri, floor (alebo), are costly now.

But if you sell to companies processing cassava, you'll not be profitable as when sold in the above mentioned converted forms.

If you can, give it a try.
