Before blaming anybody we need to ask some questions about this guy.

1) How was his behaviour towards his colleagues and lecturers during his undergrad and when he was employed as a cleaner?

2) Does he share his problem with people? Or he believes since he holds PhD the job would come automatically just like that?

3) Does he positioned himself for available opportunity?

4) Can anyone of his acquittances vouch for him for being a well-mannered person?


If all the above are well ticked by this man, he should be helped asap and given a rapid promotion to teach others that hard work and resilience pays.

An ignorant man can get 20 PhDs and he will still be getting 50k in Nigeria while an informed NCE holder will be making 500k to 1m. I have lesson teachers who tutor my child online from Nigeria and they are paid nothing less than 80k/Monthly for 1 hour 3 times a week job. I know they do it with other people too. I even had to negotiate to that level. I saw a website where PhD holders in Engineering , Computer , Mathematics offer online tutorial , most of them from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Those guys dey read abeg but they hustle for jobs most times.
