When I said that Sanchez deal has caused real problems it was cos of this salary issue. Ed Woodward generally behaves like a novice when it comes to football matters.

Herrera and De Gea are demanding big pay increases, and who can blame them? They are employees and not fans.
Anybody would do the same in a situation in which one of the worst workers in the company is earning 3 to 4 times what you are earning.

Buying Players isn’t the same with buying pepper in the market.

There’s a decent amount of negotiation to be done as many issues have to be sorted out. To get the best deal, you need to identify your targets early and start negotiation as soon as possible- even before the season ends.

And you can’t enter negotiations without having a permanent manager in place. They won’t even take you serious.

To get the best players in we need a good doF to work in conjunction with the coach. Most teams that are bringing in good players have a dOF. Heard Mike Pheelan is being considered for the post, in addition to his assistant coach position. Not totally sure about that.

Ed is so inept at negotiating with player agents. Moyes couldn’t get anyone in when he was appointed. He had to use his connections to help bring in Fellaijini from Everton on the last day.

On the contrary; I think we should dominate teams like Watford at OT and beat sense into their head on any given day.

But given the condition of the squad (injury, fatigue and lack of fitness) I’m happy with the 3 points.

It’s good to dominate these type of teams and win, it’s even better to beat them when you’re out of sorts. The only problem is when this performance keeps repeating itself with no improvement- at that rate it’ll only be a matter of time before we start losing games consecutively.

1. OGS and Mou's tactics are not the same. It's nauseating to even consider it.

2. LVG has always been a possession hungry coach, even when he coached Netherlands. Btw, he is still bitter at how he got kicked out after winning the FA Cup.

3. Do i even need to mention what Mourinho's tactics was?

4. The team couldn't keep up with Watford's quick passing style due to the slow midfielders, hence the Counter-Attacking play. Normally, they would press the opposition from the start, but the quick passing put them off.

5. The right side is dead. It seems the only way to salvage it is using a 3-5-2 system where Dalot plays as a Wing-Back.

6. We've watched up to 15 matches under OGS, it's unfair to judge him and prophesy doom because of 2 matches nah.

7. Btw, most of these guys are having fatigue issues, some coming back from injuries etc. due to the run of games they've had recently.
