Let's Share An Apartment In Ikeja!

Hello people. I've been on this forum for ages had to open an account due to
the peculiarity of the topic.

My wife and i want to let out the spare room in our 2 bedroom
apartment in ikeja for 200k (negotiable). We have a tiny baby.
The occupant will have his or her full privacy. They are free to
use the kitchen and the appliances and the sitting room also. The
idea is to live like friends. Obviously its only a mature and
enlightened individual that the arrangement would/should appeal
to.
This is not very common in Nigeria but for now that's what we

@ poster, honestly this decision to have a flatmate could be regretable. Have seen different couples that have gone through this route and are now in tears, regretting their sincere motive, and ready to pay the new flatmate back , his or her money. But the person is not ready to accept their money back and leave. Its extremely risky living with a stranger, no matter how mature in thinking the stranger could be. Pls be wise.

@OP,200K per annum?Is that not on the high side considering its just a room(not self contain) and that might put people off?You'd get better luck @ the property section.
