Chicken Tempura, what on earth is that?

Its a japanese/american way of cooking chicken.

The chicken is sliced, fried and the sauce ingredients might contain pineapple- i'm not sure.

Have to look it up.

the chicken in chicken tempura is fried and served with a plum sauce.

Teriyaki chicken is the one they grill.

I dont think i'm too familiar with tempura per se because of the frying.

I am just curious, where are you located at? Lagos? Abuja? portharcourt? And how many people can 1 tray of chicken feed? Thanks

Tempura is Japanese, at least that's where i eat my own Tempura. you sit by the fire grill and watch the Japanese guy cook your meal.

i'd like to try goat or kponmo tempura.
