I've not collected the lotion from the lady i sent to get it. Its about 2500 or 3k for the lotion. That's all.

I think the no tears bath foam is responsible for the price difference. Those 4things cost me 6500. I bought soap instead. Didn't know the have baby wash oò. Would have bought that cos am sure it would last longer than this soap. Please how much specifically did you buy the baby wash so I can include it in my next shopping?

How has your experience been so far ?

I registered before I got pregnant but I had to change names to mum twins cos I deactivated my first account Was praying for twins ... But I got one . And along the line saw reasons why God sef did not give me twins .. Discovered subserosal fibroids at 12 weeks .. Have had 3 degeneration ns ( soooo painful ) that I was hospitalized 4 days straight on each occasion , coupled with heamorrhoids I discovered before I got pregnant ... You mean the No Tears Bath Foam? Its 2500. The woman uses it for her baby and she said it lasts for months, because a little goes a long way. I think its more economical than the soap.

From advice i got from MIL, ugu alone is not enough. Add other vegetables like efo or green abi spinach. What i did last week was thick okro soup with ugu, efo, smoked fish and stock fish. I didnt let the vegetables including the okro cook for more than 5mins. Then i pack it to eat like that. It was very rich.
While yday i did edikaikong with plenty waterleaf and ugu. Didnt let the veggie cook for long. And i pack it to eat too.

Chineke God! 38% is very okay o. You are good to go.
VE is done when there's a complain and it's to check if the cervix has started dilating. It's not a routine check except in labour

Yeah the prices are reasonable since you didn't buy directly from the market. I got the bath foam for 2200 and the big lotion for 2500. Didn't buy the oil and powder, using coconut oil and marhaba powder (heard its really good).

Teamie, I do experience the menstrual like cramp too, waist and backache, even the leg hooking; sometimes,i even experience my jajaina contracting for few secs.You re not alone. Tho' I'm 36 weeks... I already assumed it's normal

I think ur pvc is very ok cos i ws 38% through out n doctor says it ws perfect.

November mamas I hail o. Is anyone still experiencing sickness cos I still am o. Went to the hospital yesterday and my doc repeated a malaria test on me which came out negative. She says I may be one of the unlucky few who experience preg sickness for the whole nine months and then gave me tips on how to cope with them. Here's what she said. For

Constipation- I should eat a lot of fruits
Heartburn- Take very cold milk
Stomach Pains& Cramps - Drinks lots of water

Others like nausea, vomiting, fever, tiredness I should bear. It is well.

In another news, my mum and mil are seriously on my case to come for this body massage. I have taken to missing their calls stylishly but they have caught on and are now getting upset. Mil called me yesterday that she found a woman who is a 'good' christian (cos I told her I feel these massagers are usually fetish). She has warned me to keep my phone on and pick her calls when she calls later. Dunno what to do again.

Also, my PCV is 34%. Is it on the low side?
