Gudmorning all,thanks to all those that answered me yesterday.Couldnt sleep through out the night had serious headache.Went to the hospital this morning and was diagnosed of Malaria Parasite.On drugs sha altough still feeling it.will try close early from work today to go and rest.TGIF.

Ah there is need o. Pregnacare contains a lot more vitamins and minerals that your baby still needs. I only said to add iron tablets to your regular dose of pregnacare to help with PCV. You get?

Mamas whether u buy okrika or not. I feel (Na my own opinion o) all wearables should be washed and disinfected before use especially as the body is new to them. I bought new clothes especially outing clothes for Lam and Okrika for staying at home or creche. We mix them sha somehow.

@sugarcanebaby, hmmmmm me ayam team coconut oil and ori but my mum said baby will not be smelling like baby lol. So I did cussons all through. I use coconut oil or Vaseline on her bum. We use cussons powder to smell fine and cussons oil on her head and cussons lotion on body. I've not had any wahala with all of them.

Even when i try standing and walking about, it doesnt stop. I get at least one every 30mins. Sometimes every 5mins or 10mins. And my LO is weighing 3.2kg tho the mamas here don ginger me not to be scared

Are you sure this your recommendation is not going to give mamas an overdose of ferrous/iron? My hospital only prescribes one tablet daily. Everyone's doc is different. Let them clarify from their doc if its okay to take an additional dose of ferrous with their pregnacare before they go ahead to take it.
Most mamas i know dont take extra ferrous with pregnacare. Just hearing this for the first time

My husband once spoke about buying her small gold ones (less than 20k) but I advised against it for now, she's still young (clocked 3 in may) what if someone just takes them off her one day. Not everybody dey spend that kind money o.
