Depends on where u live o, me I no gbadun ubth again o, for anc Yes, but delivery No.
St. Philomena is very Good weda public or private,
I personally am using Dr Irowa of Irowa medical center off sapele rd. He is Good, he's a consultant gynae n former cmd specialist. Faith mediplex is also Good sha,

Why don't you ask around, your colleagues or church members. Try ubth na. They take your time but they are experienced and don't take chances. All the best

heartbeat or drumbeats in the head or ears is part of the package o, have been experiencing same for some weeks now. What you actually hear is your pulse rate and not that of the baby. It will go after some time. I be newbie here o mamas good evening.

How high was your BP reading?? If high as said you should have your Dr check for any sign of protein in your urine or go for the Glucose tolerance test. Rest well...stay off fones, computers, tv, et al, n rest well. If the ringing/pounding, headache continues, hopefully not, go see your Dr immediately.

Just FYI, as it's not our portion in Jesus name, Amen. Watch out for signs of Pre-E:
Severe headache
Swelling
Rapid weight gain
Reduced urine output
Vision changes-this cld be like the back of your eyes ache or blurred for a sec
Dizziness

Like I said not our portion, but just cautionary.

At Kendlez....no remedy o. I suffered it in my first pregnancy....like muscle pull. Just ask dh to give it a rub and you should be fine.....

Very common. No remedy that i know of. Just don't try to stretch on bed especially as you wake up. I found out it starts my own. Happy bumping

Skimmed milk is usually written on the pack. E.g Dano, it's has both full cream and skimmed milk( Dano slim) versions.
So look out for the skimmed milk version of any brand.

I went to Shoprite two days ago to buy snacks for my kid only for me to almost faint at the door.I got a bench to sit and asked a lady to help me get a drink that I was dizzy.she declined ,that I should just walk down there and get it. I just weak!silently prayed that God should spare my life and I slouched to relax waiting for my strength to return. I just thank God I am ok now
