@OP that bf should let his family UNDERSTAND that that chapter in his life is dead and buried and that he has a new gf in his life. as for you (the GF) you should try to get more involved with his family to let them see you as the new lady in his life, probably by attending more family gatherings. ultimately, if he talks of "pressure" then there is much more to this issue than he wants to divulge, and you should probably dig deeper. |
