Am 35years old man. Am having severe pain on the left side of my waist, I did scan and it showed that nothing is wrong with my back bones only that am having muscle stretched. I tried all medication but no improvement. Help! Help!! Help!!! |

Visit a spa for a stress relieve n Balinese massage. It will help loosen up the tissues on your waist causing the pain, you also need to heck your matrass, mayb it's due for a change as it contributes to severe waist pain, how long do u sit in a day....? Drive...?
