Rocksqueen dear, all these ur heart desires must surely come to pass. The bible says d heart desires of a righteous man shall not be cuff off DAY 11 Lunch. Ofada rice with assorteD meat Dessert. One mango Eveving. One apple and some tiger nuts Nite. One whole boiLed egg with one slice of wheat bread Exercise. 15 minutes walk in the evening and about 10-15 jumping jack this nite lol -my heart wan fall off when doing d jumping jack...rocksqueen how u wan make we do reach 300...that's serious ooo @all I suggest d exercise to be done shd be given a day before. The one for friday shd hv been said before now, so that we do it in d morning if we hv time, me I may not log in again till tomorrow, maybe while on my way to work |

Meanwhile I don talk am b4 say if them tell me say if I chop grass, bfp go show face, I go born healthy baby and everythin go dey fine, naim be say I'll head to the nearest field! Today I bought Olive Oil for cooking! Infact the smell of new born baby was strong in my nostrils when I opened the bottle(my baby is coming !) Finally I believe that Olive oil is healthy! If for no other reason,then the fact that it fried my sausage very very 'politely' is reason enuf for me! No noise, no splash, just healthy looking fried sausage. When I convinced myself to take a bite, I noticed that the sausage had a nice texture! Lol!Maybe its all in my mind....... But any one who hasn't tried it should do so for a healthy, guiltfree cooking! |

My log, Breakfast- fasting Midday-2 slices wheat bread and chicken sausage with veggies n carrots Lunch-skipped Evening - ice cream (I culdnt resist jare) Dinner- 1 slice boiled yam and egg sauce with veggies Ladies, I culdnt do that jumping jack oo, today is my off day arm exercise. I've been doin intensive cardio and toning exercise everyday for the past 7days and I was told it's not healthy. So I decided to skip a day. |

Rocksqueen, I dey ooo, just that I got home very late yesterday. I quite agree with what Udoka said, So maybe we will complete the jumping jack today while my own will be for tomorrow(just a suggestion subject to criticism) The exercise will be for 30mins to 45mins depends on how your strength can go. Jogging on the spot, after a count of 100, you rest for 30secs (during which you will just be marchin) after then count another 100, then take the 30secs rest while marching. Stop after 30 or 45mins. At the end of that, lie flat on the floor and begin to meditate concerning your BFP, see yourself being pregnant, see urself having a cute baby, holding and kissing your baby. This is to help you relax your nerves. This can be repeated in the evening before we go to bed. God bless y'all, I will log in my meals later today. Our efforts will never be in vain. NB, pls be careful, not to be too hard on yourself while exercising. We will NEVER loose |

hello ladies , i am so glad i stumbled on this thread . despite the fact that i just started on wednesday ( after the trips of the ph) i am feeling already light. though i think it is more pshycological dan an actual change . u guys have made a lot of progress and i feel so jealous already, but i plan to catch up soon. my food log (wednesday) breakfast - quarter of a medium size pineapple + watermelon lunch - small wrap of amala with vegetables and pomo late lunch - a bottle of yourghut dinner- a small plate of beans pottage with sweet potatoe my food log (thursday) didnt eat throughout the day was on d move just-2bottles of water and plantain chips dinner_steamed vegetable with rice |

For one to avoid weight gain one should avoid taking backed foods made with white floor,soft drinks,foods rich in carbohydrate,fatty and oily foods.A 45 minute exercise, at least, four times a week will do you a lot of good.Also, try to find the amount of calories contained in every quantity of food you take. This measure will help you know the number of times you need to perform your weekly exercises so as to keep every unit of calories in check before it wrecks havoc in/on your body. Take enough fruits and vegetables on daily basis. Finally,take lots of water. |

I no know whether na because I dey fast wey make me dey perceive people mouth odor throughout today! I am talking about it cos I know that when people do not eat, their oral cavity may begin to give off an offensive odour. This is as a result of the emission of gases from the stomach. Then even if u brushed that morning. Inorder for people not to seize their breath or shift back when we're talking, let's try and ensure that we do sumtin to reduce the MO Please y'all, how do u handle the MO dat comes from not eating early? I have a secret solution I use if anyone is interested! |

Exercise: 120 Jumping Jacks intervals of 60 each! This jumping jack na witch! My calves are screaming! Rocksqueen U hv again made me to salivate...aah, ogufe yummy! I think I liked d jumping jacking Twinkles The only unhealthy food is spaghtty, mixing it with veg is a good thing. However, even if u eaty heathy try to control ur portion. And add fruits to ur meal. Carry go! We are all missing seanbell she usually raise alarm when she sees unhealthy food. All Our exercise for tomorow on spot running Run in a spot, raise ur legs about six inches above d floor and swining th arms. Running for a minimum of 10minutes |

@all So sorry been MIA Haven't been able to exercise since yesterday, been having serious ovulation-like cramps on my side....Today is Day 17 of my 29 day cycle Have not bd'd in the last couple of days cos of tiredness from work! Am supposed to go for a laparascopy on Tuesday...dunno if I'll keep the appointment cos its so late in my cycle. As the spirit leads! Went to look for Supernatural Child birth but didn't see it..but I saw "God's waiting room 2'..the testimonies can be applied to us..its so spirit lifting..will spend today reading it. @iykefresh...tnx for the info MY LOG Breakfast: Nil-group fast Lunch:Small wrap of Pounded Yam n egusi Evening: Few handfuls of pop-corn Dinner: Pounded yam and oha soup(for those who don't know, 'swallow' is my best food and today is my cheat day) Exercise: running at a spot (very brief, the pain in my side didn't let me continue). As soon as it let's up, I'll do ALL my outstandings.. Please pray for me incase I still go for the surgery on Tuesday.. @udoka, where you dey see tiger nut buy o!!! Yes we miss seanbell's cane! Goodmorning all, sorry have been MIA,have been really busy with some house chores On friday's Log, Breakfast: Nil (Group fasting) Lunch:avocado pea Snack: pop corn+groundnut (both worth of N50) Dinner: beans+plaintain porridge. Excercise: Nil Yesterday Breakfast; Nil (group fasting) Lunch:rice+chicken + veggies Dinner:small portion of beans Exercise: 50 jumping jack, jogging for 10mins + the meditation ( meeeeennnn, It got me panting and sweating seriously,) @all I will suggest we have one day off in a week as per d exercise, in order to give are body time to relax. @Udoka hehehehehhehe,we no go stop catch breath before, make person come faint.lol @seanbell, we missing you seriously. Hope all is going well with you. wishing you success in your exams. |

I thinK we shd all comment on each others meal and raise alarm where necesary - don't think anybdy here can flog like seanbell. BTW gv me d tip on preventing MO while fasting. Better get into action oo which one be say no time, what about early in d morning or at nite after dinner when u are relaxing to watch TV, from watching TV get into action right there in d parlour-unless u hv pple living with u shaa. All d same create time, Holy Spirit can't do that for us. Wishing u a successful laproscopy on tuesday. So God's waiting Room now has part 2, I wish to read it, was blessed reading part 1, bn lookn for the part one donot know who I gave it. I buy my tiger nuts from mallams..I hv one around my area, precisely in front of yabatech. MSTIA LoLllll don't think we wll drop weight by consistently stopping and catching breathe, anyway just to keep d heart pumping well @all I checked today unfortunately didn't drop anything still at 87kg, now I know loosing weight is not EASY! Am gud that I now eat healthy to balance my hormones naturally. In TTC thread it was said that food rich in zinc and B6 naturally lower prolactin, I hv also researched that they also increase progesterone, keep eating ur banana, avocado, watermelon etc |

@udoka. Thanks for the advise. This new week, no more carbs! And that's a good suggestion to let others comment on our posts! I have plateau'ed when dieting. Its not funny! Portion control and calorie counting is better but not so easy to sustain. For the MO: Get hydrogen peroxide, brush and force it through your teeth morning and night. Make sure u do the nyt one,if u forget,u can do it whenever u wake up within the night. In the morning, do it again,force the solution gently between the cracks of ur teeth(gently or it would foam and defeat the purpose)! |
