Ibime is the most balanced reporter on Chelsea transfer dealings on this thread.

I have always followed my club well, and know who is responsible for which signing and which strategy.

I have never accused Emenalo of something he didn't do, and never failed to absolve him of transfers he didn't make eg Torres, Luiz which were Roman preference and Bakanonsense which was Conte preference. I also always provided links proving Emenalo reticence to improve the midfield including his heated arguments with RDM and Benitez over the matter, and never accused him without evidence.

I also follow the powerplays at Chelsea and know who is in favour, for example I provided evidence way back in 2010 that Emenalo was Romans go to man, and that the TD of the time Frank Arnesen was becoming powerless, providing the signing of Ramires in 2010 on Emenalos recommendation as evidence. As far as this Carroll transfer goes, I can confirm this is a Conte request after much research. Benteke was also on his list. Agboola finished with Nigeria after Senegal 92. He was not jumping on no bandwagon, neither was Ekoku. Both had been with the squad long before World Cup, playing in AFCON qualifiers etc.
