For me, trophies, records can only filter who's more successful, not better. I remember sometime on United's thread, the argument of who's better between Ole and Poch came up, and while a good number agreed that Poch was better, the trophy cabinet said otherwise for Ole

For me, "Who's better" is more vast and abstract too. There has to be some sort of common ground too to determine this. Also, conditions surrounding their job and their achievements despite that should be considered. Someone who carried the Romanian league 10 times may not actually be better than someone finishing between 4th to 6th in the EPL
