The reason for this poll is to gain an idea of the demographic shift (if any) from last year to this year and also possibly draw a relationship bewteen the number of ethnicities present on this site, and the topic of posts.

For example, in Nairalands early days (2005-2007), posts were generally on topics regarding Lagos and the Yoruba. However, as the site diversified, and people from all over Nigeria joined, there became an expansion in the variety of topics. This will help us see if Nigeria's largest forum is an actual representation of Nigeria. You see, it's things like these that will help us progress forward.

Unfortunately, we cant account for some of my kinsmen that have been e-murdered in the ethnic cleansing and tribal e-genocide against my kinsmen.. We get benned in our nmbers everydsy at the slightest provocation.. How do you suppose this thread would achieve its purpose of factual representation of the diversity when the Igbos are being banned every second..

Maybe if the Mods should grant the banned Igbos amnesty and unban them in other for them to cast their votes, then maybe we may just have a chance of achieving the objective of this thread..
