Frostyzone: Never realised that Ibos also performed in their native language till now. Yoruba speaking movies are more prominent, I wonder why...?Igbo movies started it all in the early 90s until 99% of the producers of Igbo movies switched over to the English movie industry. 1 Like |

I see.afam4eva: that Okonkwo dude, to me remains one of the best and arguably the most consistent nollywood actor ever, apart from the fact that he's among the pioneers of the wood,he's till date still as relevant as ever. i think he also deserve a life time achievement award(MO). |

nice.one:Yes, you're right about Kenneth Okonkwo. He's been there from the very beginning alongside the likes of Kanayo O Kanayo, Bob manuel among others. |

What role does odunade adekola play in ikoforiji for him to be awardéd. Though i am his fans but he does worth the award. Olaiya ,Oga Bello , broda okunnu( Ile Alayo) , and sanyeri deserve the award. |

I disagree with the Best Indigenous actors.. Why is Imeh "Bishop" and Moses Armstrong of an Efik/Ibibio movie titled Okon Lagos movie produced and directed by Emem Isong. Imeh Bishop and Moses should be included, they are the bests actors presently in any Efik/Ibibio Movie. These guys are well known because they have acted along with other stars. |

Aluweezy: funny, i don't evn know a single movie here. Well, congrats to the winners but Hollywood all the way! The movies here are Hollywood standard, trust me.... Not like those movies produced by hustlers who call themselves producers.... Just that, you will never see these movies in nigerian markets cos of the fear of pirates.....you only get to watch them at the cinemas or you wait for like 3 years to see them on CDs....infact, while waiting you must be vigilant so as not to miss it (cos obviously you are not the only one waiting) There are really nice nigerian movies, you just have to check the right places 1 Like |
