With so much of the scenario of what she has described, she has a good chance, since the man had stepped up to the plate of taking care of her after the death of her father. but again, there is no need for her to include the document in her application

If you are applying for a visa in April, and you submit a document to the embassy with a date around December to show that you are tied to Nigeria and that you will be back to Nigeria, that will be so suspicious, so if possible, would be better not to submit such document oh.
I would advice if possible to have a company that will be a co-sponsor and show to the embassy that there is a job waiting for you once you are done with school . . . Are you married, if you are, that is another kinda ties, do family have some kinda business that you could take over later? Look into those kinda area

@ Mr Phemmy n all, I think I have something in common with goldie, I registered my business which my mum is a co-owner on 22nd of November 2012..I wish to include the certificate of incorporation in my application as part of my home tie. (pls note,I just finished school, currently serving but i've been into the business for long.
Do you think it'll affect me?

You might wanna include your Dad's death certificate (If he is deceased) that wld further show why ur sponsor had been taking care of u, and Maybe a letter of consent from ur MUM acknowledging your sponsor.

The nature of the business is manufacturing n selling of Adire textile.

I'm the principal and she's the co-owner. I've been into the business since 2006 when I was in higher institution, but i registered it this year.My mum has been into the biz for more than 25yrs.

MY sponsor is my aunt who raised me from childhood, n she's into the business too on a larger scale.

It is glaring that your registration was solely to show a tie to Nigeria and how come you never register the business since 2006? Anyhow, they could question your intention and that might not be enuf of a tie to Nigeria, but since your Mom is in the business with you, with enuf support and explanation in your letter, you might be able to convince someone, however, what are you going to study and how will that relate to this business?
