You really should research deeply before going there. Belarus is essentially a police state. Eastern Europe is not a friendly place for people of color. Europe as a whole is going through difficult economic times, so getting a job there, for someone in your position (from Africa, etc) is a very dicey proposition. Belarus is not a football powerhouse so your ultimate objective. Plus, are you sure you have a valid visa in the first place?
