Hope this helps:
1. Choose a good name. Smart, Memorable. This is not the time to advertise ur faith.
2. Take extra care in employing ur teachers. Ask for work referrals. Follow up.
3. Keep class size small. 15-20 kids.
4. Play area. Very important to have a good one. safe and fitted for babies.
5.Have good relationship with a clinic nearby.
6.Add value added features. Remind Parents of Vaccinations. Take suggestions & Permission on Excursions.
7. Start scholarships from the beginning. If its one indigent child, U'll reap the reward soon enough.
