I'll lookout for videos on youtube and diagrams on Google. Hopefully, i don't shat myself doing is o.
Can you upload a picture of yours?

lol, you won't, it's kinda easy.

1. get 300k resistor, three 100k resistors will do if connect in series.

2.you have to connect this resistors between pin 5(ground) and pin 4(ID), for standard usb cables only four out of d five pins has a connection, pin 4(ID) is free, so you now know pin 4.

3. So get a usb cable, carefully strip the outer sheat. You will see four wires of different colours inside. The black wire is your pin 5(ground).

4. Now you have to connect or solder your resistor between black wire and the free pin(pin 4). You may want to cut the remaining wires as they are not useful.

5. Once you are done connect to ya phone, it should boot into download mode.

I don loss the one way I do.

Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by 4llerbuntu(m): 4:02pm On Jul 16, 2013
yes.that's what it's for.

had a similar episode with my phone but a factory reset stopped the error. its the " package file is invalid" error that is different.

try the options on this site

I don't see why the resistors should be difficult. look for any television repairer shop and ask or beg a circuit board. or buy a transistor radio and smash it open.make sure its a radio with tunning noobs.

Why nah, ask them tv/dvd electricians where they buy there components, and make sure its 300k(300000) resistor or equivalent. If you going the dismantling/scavenging route make sure you know resistor color code so you get the right size.

2 months to go. The gates of hell shall not prevail

But mtn are really funny sha. So they intend to spite all bb10 users just to stop droid users. This move is likely to backfire o

I was able to connect for short periods of time, like 20 to 30min at a go. The set up was pretty complex though. Used airdroid, app for transfering files via wifi, when ever I was able to connect my lappi to the airdroid tether, I will automatically be able to browse as well. Does this make any sense? By the way I used the daily #120 subscription.
