look, we are saying hotels are too many in Enugu and these guys are building mega structures, this is only the first wing of this new hotel, I don tire to go round and see the other wing of the large structure at Independence layout round about.

@ Spyder please is upper chime avenue an area of its own or is it located in GRA? Also is the golf and relaxation estate an area of a part of independence layout? Keep up the good work. Thanks. |

Thanks. Thank you for the question, Upper Chime, lower Chime avenues are all part of another suburb in Enugu called New Haven and is not connected to GRA in any way. (I have not shown even a single picture of this New Haven on this thread, except for Ascot resort) New Haven is the second choice, high profile district in Enugu, only second to Independence layout. The golf course layout and the new Ekulu layout are all very different areas very far from Independence layout. I have not covered those two layouts. Places not covered now are so many that I don't know if I will have all the time to show those areas, they include New Haven Thinker's corner Golf layout Awkunanaw Garriki Federal and state housing at Abakpa Iva valley and Pottery I also have not shown the old GRA apart from Shoprite and Park lane. Enugu is just too big! |

I wanted to stay there because it is close to 8hours joint. I told the receptionist to wait for me so that i can get the money in my car, think she is still waiting. Ole! 5 Likes |

spyder880: look, we are saying hotels are too many in Enugu and these guys are building mega structures, this is only the first wing of this new hotel, I don tire to go round and see the other wing of the large structure at Independence layout round about. @spyder dis hotel has been abandon since chimaroke time! had so many issues then....heard the structure was substandard....also heard beacuse of political reason it was stopped from being compeleted that the owner is chimaroke political enemy,just too may stories....i thought by now they should have resolved issues there and complete d hotel since chimaroke is no longer the govenor.....if the building is still standing up till now after being beaten by rain for close to 9 yrs then it is a solid structure and should be completed
