All your main points highligt the fact that the subsidy report is a farcical document with as much credibility as the authors. It would be better if a new, independent report was done by an auditor like KPMG and the results made public prior to investigation. But that will never happen.
Let the indicted people tender documents to prove that they were wrongly accused
KPMG did a report in 2010. 7 months after it was submitted, Deziani told the Lawan commitee then that she had not seen it.
When will she see it? oh, she doesn't give a damn!

It's strange how people like you come to conclusions this. First and foremost, it is well established that Otedola's company indicted in this report deals in diesel and not petrol. Diesel has since 2010 not enjoyed any subsidy on it hence why it is much more exorbitant than PMS. In this light, you might like to know that diesel businesses do not receive any subsidies as they buy and sell commercially and collect no subsidy from government as the law of demand and supply determines their margins not government dole outs. Otedola himself has repeatedly said that there is no way that his company would have received $302m from CBN to purchase products and not have products & documentation to show for it. What this means is that Otedola makes his margin on his sales of diesel and only sources for forex from the CBN to fund his business - follow this story properly and not just part of it or the part which appeals to you.

The same Otedola that has become master of blackmail? Did he not say that Dangote wanted to kill him?
Did he not get his fin director jailed when the guy said Otedola and friends acquired shares worth N24.5B in AP without paying?
Yet AP made a loss and Otedola got it turned into profit
Did AP steal subsidy money?

Why is Otedola doing all these instead of going to court
Why did he say at one point that he did not believe that Lawan was working alone?
