I SAW THIS POST ON A BLOG PLEASE COMMENT

Hello everyone!
My husband and I intend to apply for a visa in Canada. He has two children (13 and 18) from his first marriage, who live with their mother and aren’t coming with us to Canada. We were told by our immigration agent that we would have to provide a declaration from his ex-wife saying that she is aware that he his immigrating and that she has nothing to oppose to that. Also, we must include them in our process of applying for a visa and deliver medical exams from them also.
The thing is that the relationship between my husband and his ex-wife is very bad and he doesn’t have any contact with his children.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get the visa, excluding them totally from our visa process?
Thank you very much for your help.

Please include the kids in the process
If you get your landing paper
The kids will be Canadian citizen as soon they arrive in Canada because they are under eighteen
Process the kids citizenship
If the kids have Canadian passport
You can return the kid to Nigeria to finish high school before coming back to Canada
Nigerian women are very difficult so it will be the best for the kids to return to Nigeria
Come back after High school
So that you don't maltreat the kids

An immigration agent, a specialist and a pro, already advised you they had to be included in your application, so what more are you expecting to hear?

Mrs Stepmother, why bring this issue here to this Nigerian forum? Expecting probably that someone would direct you to how to get some black magic juju to erase them outta the picture ehn undecided

This one is very easy now: Tell your husband to tell them -- Ex-wife and kids -- that if they comply, they too will be getting the Canadian visas and eventually become Canadian citizens. Before you know it, they'll quickly renew contact with him and start loving him very well. Even the Ex-wife will become your best friend... well, untill they get the visas.
