I have been hearing it since i was a kid. Yet i still eat it  but honestly i do have pimples on my face but am not so sure if eating groundnut is the cause. I tried to desist from it but the longest i can go is 2 weeks. I can't go on for a month without eating peanut. Doctors in the house, does groundnut causes pimple? |

I'm wondering too. I seem to get acne breakouts on my face (on the same specific spots every time!) the next day after consuming groundnuts. Is there an explanation go for this? Can't be just coincidence. |
