the ascetic looking pastoral fulani are the epitome of humility and kindness. They mind their own business . Are not interested in land, buildings other properties ( other than cattle) do not care about bank shares or oil contracts or stock exchange. They are perhaps the most productive but also the easiest to please. They don't ask for electricity and are not bothered about tarred roads or air safety. But avoid a war with them ( cold or hot) for the following reasons.

1. They have no rules of engagement. They just hit and hit again and again.
2. they don't take prisoners of war- POW , they don't need them.
3. They have no mercy for an identified enemy.
4. No fighting fatigue, they are always fit and ready( may be due to their life style).
5. No need for adequate provision and homes. They live on very little and sleep a little - all in the wild.
6. no ignorance of geography and terrain , even a child pastoralists is a human GPRS.
7. Casualties do not deter them. They are spread out all over west and central Africa.

Your Solution is far worse, Why dont you openly Say, You Want a FULANI STATE CREATED from all Over Nigeria?
